Full job description

TripleLift is seeking a VP of Sales for the US West region to lead and grow a sales team focused on agency holding companies, agencies, and direct advertisers. The role requires 10+ years of sales leadership experience in digital advertising, with strong expertise in CTV, Advanced TV, and Retail Media. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategy, managing key accounts, closing complex deals, overseeing team operations, and maintaining senior client relationships. The candidate must have a strong agency network, excellent communication skills, and experience in a high-growth ad-tech environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, flexible PTO, and 401k with employer match. Compensation ranges from $380,000 to $530,000 USD.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and manage sales teams representing TripleLift at North American agency holding companies, agencies, and direct advertisers
  • Develop and execute vision, strategy, and metrics for new business generation, revenue retention, key account growth, and product diversification
  • Focus on scaling CTV and Retail Media revenue
  • Lead and support sales team in closing complex, multi-year trading agreements and annual commitments
  • Oversee territory planning, team goals (OKRs), hiring, training, and professional development
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and provide proactive analysis to meet goals
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers and senior investment/video leads within agencies and holding companies
  • Represent TripleLift as a senior leader and thought leader at industry events

Requirements

  • BA Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience leading a national sales organization selling into Holding Company Agencies
  • Significant management experience in CTV, Advanced TV, or Retail Media
  • Strong agency network (executives, discipline leads, account leads)
  • Expert knowledge of digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem
  • Experience leading pitches for multi-million dollar portfolio deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience operating in a high-growth, dynamic ad-tech environment
