Full job description

TripleLift is seeking an experienced sales leader to manage and grow a key national sales team. The role requires developing and executing growth strategies, managing senior-level client relationships, coaching sales team members, and driving enterprise partnerships. Candidates must have 8+ years in ad tech/media sales, proven leadership and revenue growth success, and deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, SSPs, CTV, 1p data, and retail media. The position involves cross-functional collaboration and up to 50% travel. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible PTO, and 401k with employer match. Compensation ranges from $290,000 to $350,000 OTE.

What you'll do

  • Develop growth strategy for book of business in partnership with sales and services leadership
  • Drive adoption and execution across the sales team
  • Serve as internal and external figurehead representing book of business
  • Own senior-level contacts and drive enterprise-level partnerships
  • Manage and coach individual contributors through ride-alongs and thought leadership
  • Drive account-based strategy to grow key client partnerships and cross-sell new products
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and develop quarterly forecasts
  • Use data-driven approach to report on sales metrics and performance
  • Lead new product go-to-market execution and provide customer feedback
  • Travel up to 50% for in-market customer visits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Business, or Marketing
  • Minimum 8 years of ad tech/media sales experience
  • Proven success managing high performing sales teams
  • Track record of exceeding revenue goals
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of programmatic and SSP landscape
  • Strong knowledge in 1p data, CTV, and ecommerce is a plus
