Full job description

TripleLift seeks a lead product management professional to oversee a team of product managers and drive product strategy in Connected TV (CTV) advertising. The role requires 4+ years in ad tech product management, including 2+ years in leadership, with strong expertise in programmatic digital video and CTV markets. Responsibilities include owning product strategy, managing and mentoring PMs, setting OKRs, applying sound product management practices, coaching the team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to commercialize products. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, flexible PTO, and 401k with employer match. Salary range is $200,000 to $250,000 USD. Position is on-site in New York, NY.

What you'll do

  • Own a significant portion of product strategy in the CTV advertising arena, including unique products such as CTV pause ads and CTV enhanced spots
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers focusing on various capabilities of the technology platform
  • Establish and manage quantifiable OKRs related to product deliverables, client value, and revenue
  • Exemplify good product management practices including market intelligence gathering, use case analysis, writing PRDs, and prioritizing work by value and revenue impact
  • Coach the team on problem solving and prioritization decisions
  • Drive product commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Solutions, and Client Services

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience in the advertising technology field
  • 2+ years experience as a product management leader, managing and coaching other PMs
  • Strong experience managing products in the Programmatic Digital Video and CTV market
  • Strong knowledge of the underlying technical infrastructure that powers programmatic digital video advertising
  • Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, value chain, current trends and underlying technologies
  • Strongly organized, very detail oriented, good at running processes and documenting work
  • "Systems thinker" who understands and can see the full ad tech value chain
  • Comfort level working across engineering, business facing teams as well as interacting directly with clients
  • Background in technical services, sales engineering or solutions engineering a plus
