Vibe.co is hiring a VP, Audience Extension Partnerships to build a new revenue vertical focused on integrating CTV inventory into external products. This role reports to the CRO and involves defining go-to-market strategies, identifying and prioritizing partners, setting commercial revenue-share models, closing complex enterprise deals with GM and C-suite stakeholders, managing deals through activation, and scaling the business line including hiring a team. Requires 10+ years of ad tech experience, strong network in commerce media, travel, or ad tech platforms, experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and structuring partnership-based commercial deals. The role offers hybrid work in NYC, competitive base salary ($225k–$275k) plus variable pay with OTE up to $550k, full health coverage, 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, paid parental leave, and annual offsite.
