Vibe.co is hiring a VP, Audience Extension Partnerships to build a new revenue vertical focused on integrating CTV inventory into third-party products. This role reports to the CRO and involves defining go-to-market strategy, identifying and prioritizing partners, setting commercial revenue-share models, and closing complex enterprise deals with GM and C-suite stakeholders. The VP will manage deals from contract to activation, coordinate internally across partnerships, data, and legal teams, and scale the business by tracking performance and building a team. Candidates must have 10+ years of ad tech experience, a strong network in commerce media, travel, or ad tech platforms, experience with multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and structuring partnership deals. The role offers hybrid work in NYC, competitive base salary ($225k–$275k) plus variable pay, full health benefits, 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and annual offsite.
