Full job description

TripleLift is hiring a Sales Director based in Toronto to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while deepening agency relationships. The role requires 10+ years of sales experience in Canada, strong knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, and experience selling cross-format solutions. Responsibilities include pipeline management, strategic partnership cultivation, sales forecasting, and maintaining client data in Salesforce. The candidate must be goal-oriented, possess excellent communication and analytical skills, and be comfortable owning projects and outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities with a focus on agency and client accounts
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and advertisers
  • Strategically position full suite of programmatic offerings including Native, CTV, Retail Media, OLV, and Data solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Utilize a solution-selling philosophy by listening to business requirements and selling appropriate solutions
  • Assess potential business deals through RFP responses and pursue proactive opportunities
  • Network at industry-relevant functions to increase company visibility
  • Effectively forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads, and project status

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling in Canada
  • Proven ability to build and grow agency partnerships at all levels
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and general sales process
  • Experience selling cross-format solutions
  • Highly motivated team player
