Full job description
Moloco is seeking a VP of Product Marketing to lead product marketing across all product areas and the company. The role involves owning product naming, positioning, messaging, and enablement; integrating product marketing into the product lifecycle; developing marketing processes and frameworks; managing content and thought leadership strategies; partnering with GTM and product teams on market and competitive analysis; managing segment-based marketing; building and leading a product marketing organization; and representing Moloco externally. Candidates must have 12+ years of marketing experience with senior product marketing leadership in enterprise technology, deep expertise in product marketing frameworks and digital advertising, experience building marketing functions and content programs, and strong leadership and communication skills. Requirements
12+ years of marketing experience, including senior product marketing leadership at an enterprise technology company
Deep product marketing domain expertise, including fluency with PMM frameworks, organization models, and models for integrating product marketing into the product lifecycle across a multi-product portfolio
Deep fluency with digital advertising, performance marketing, and the broader ad ecosystem (measurement, attribution, privacy, supply)
Ability to move fluently between simple company-level positioning and deeply technical product marketing and storytelling
Experience building the operating system of a product marketing function: launch tiers, alignment rituals, messaging standards
Experience building and running a content and thought leadership program end to end, including partnerships and data-driven flagship reports
Experience designing a model for product storytelling across cadence, tiers, channels, and owners
Experience owning and evolving a company website as a strategic asset
Ability to add leverage to GTM teams and adapt product marketing for distinct customer segments and geographies
Experience building and leading a high-performing product marketing organization and developing talent
Comfortable and compelling on stage and in industry forums
Curious about AI and uses AI tools in everyday work
Ability to stay steady under ambiguity and scope it into a plan
