Full job description

Attain is hiring a VP of Data Product to lead strategy, scientific integrity, and product trajectory of data assets and productionalizing data feeds for clients and internal teams. The role oversees three product families: telemetry of consumer permissioned transaction and survey data, marketing science feeds including derived data products, and extrapolated & predicted data such as population-level projections and forecasts. Responsibilities include setting data product strategy and roadmap, leading the data product organization, collaborating with data science to prioritize and validate models, productizing marketing science into licensed feeds, applying AI models to enhance data prediction and scaling, supporting internal teams, and ensuring privacy and compliance. Requirements include 3+ years leading teams, experience owning commercially licensed data products, applying AI methods, fluency in marketing science and causal measurement, directing data scientists, deep knowledge of transaction data products and advertising data use, executive communication skills, experience with consumer permissioned data and privacy, familiarity with retail media and measurement, exposure to marketing science and causal ML, data licensing and pricing strategy experience, and ad tech startup or scale-up experience.
