Full job description
The Associate Director, CRM Development will own and develop TripleLift's Salesforce org and full GTM tech stack including Outreach, Gong, and MediaRadar. Responsibilities include Salesforce development (custom objects, Apex, LWC, flows), integration architecture, data governance, vendor management, and collaboration with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to deliver scalable technical solutions. The role requires 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, Salesforce Administration skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree. What you'll do
- Own end-to-end Salesforce development including custom objects, Apex, LWC, flows, validation rules, and platform configuration across Sales & Service Cloud and integrated products
- Architect, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and GTM tech stack tools such as Outreach, Gong, MediaRadar
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions partnering with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership
- Govern data quality and integrity across GTM stack, establishing hygiene, deduplication, and taxonomy standards
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize new GTM technologies, manage vendor relationships and platform roadmap
- Monitor platform health, triage and resolve issues and manage bug fixes lifecycle
- Partner with BI/Data teams to surface Salesforce data in downstream reporting tools like Snowflake and Omni
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience with custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations
- Salesforce Administration experience required
