Full job description
Vibe.co is seeking a VP of GTM Operations & Programs to lead GTM Operations, Events, and Partnerships functions, reporting to the CRO. The role requires 10+ years in go-to-market or revenue operations with 5+ years managing leaders. Responsibilities include managing GTM operating cadence, systems (Salesforce, Sonar), pipeline metrics, integrating events and partnerships into plans, and leading a growing team. Candidates should have strong sales operations experience, ability to analyze data, run events and partnerships with pipeline impact, design organizations, and build with AI. Base salary ranges from $275k to $350k plus variable compensation.
What you'll do
- Own the operating cadence of the GTM organization: planning, targets, pipeline reviews, and rules of engagement
