InMobi is hiring a Vice President, Client Development – OEM & Telco to lead strategic advertising partnerships with device manufacturers and telecom operators, primarily in the U.S. This senior role requires 15+ years in enterprise business development or strategic partnerships, with experience in OEM, telecom, advertising, or platform environments. Responsibilities include leading client development efforts, building and sustaining executive relationships, originating multi-year joint business plans, shaping commercial frameworks, and managing internal alignment. The role involves regular travel and reports to the VP, Client Development – Global. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and proven success in complex, multi-party ecosystems. Compensation ranges from $193,620 to $306,565 USD base salary, with additional variable pay and equity opportunities. What you'll do

  • Lead Client Development efforts for InMobi Ads across OEM and Telco partners, establishing anchor relationships and long-term partnership pathways
  • Build depth with priority partners while shaping how those relationships expand across additional markets and regions over time
  • Position InMobi Ads as a strategic advertising and platform partner, aligned to partners’ long-term device, platform, and monetization roadmaps
  • Ensure partnerships are designed to scale across geographies, device categories, and evolving advertising use cases
  • Serve as the executive relationship owner for InMobi Ads’ most strategic OEM and Telco partnerships
  • Build and sustain trusted, senior-level relationships with decision-makers across partner organizations, including CEO, President, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing leadership
  • Provide continuity and senior stewardship through leadership transitions, roadmap evolution, and multi-year planning cycles
  • Establish InMobi Ads as a credible, long-term partner within the OEM and Telco advertising ecosystem
  • Originate and steward multi-year Joint Business Plans with priority OEM and Telco partners
  • Anchor partnerships around adoption of InMobi Ads capabilities across device-native and connected environments, expansion across surfaces, formats, and markets, and alignment with advertiser and agency ecosystems
  • Establish clear governance structures, operating cadence, and shared success metrics
  • Ensure partnerships mature from early-stage collaboration into institutionalized, repeatable engagements that deliver sustained business value
  • Shape the strategic and commercial frameworks that support sustainable advertising adoption across OEM and Telco partnerships
  • Ensure alignment between partner priorities, advertiser and agency demand, and internal execution teams
  • Guide the evolution of partnerships from initial integration to scaled, multi-market programs
  • Lead complex, multi-year partnership discussions and long-horizon commercial agreements
  • Act as the internal owner and strategic leader of the OEM & Telco Ads business development vertical
  • Build and lead a senior partnership bench as the ecosystem evolves and expands
  • Align Product, Solutions, Legal, and RevOps teams to support enterprise-grade partnership execution
  • Represent OEM & Telco Ads priorities in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning, leadership reviews, and long-range strategy discussions

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem leadership, ideally within OEM, telecom, advertising, or platform-led environments
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term, multi-year partnerships with large, complex organizations
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with senior enterprise stakeholders
  • Proven ability to navigate complex governance structures, long partnership lifecycles, and multi-party ecosystems
  • Experience working across both U.S. and international markets; familiarity with Asia-based OEM and Telco ecosystems is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
