Full job description
The Trade Desk is seeking a senior sales leader to manage and grow the Legacy Omnicom account. The role requires driving revenue performance, leading key client relationships, and coordinating commercial programs and strategies across Omnicom agencies. The candidate must have a proven sales and marketing track record, experience managing senior sellers, deep agency business knowledge, strong negotiation and communication skills, and existing relationships with major agency decision makers. The position is full-time, hybrid with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday in New York City. Compensation includes a base salary range of $133,900 to $245,400 USD plus variable incentives and comprehensive benefits.
What you'll do
- Serve as dedicated Business Development lead for Legacy Omnicom
- Drive revenue performance across Omnicom
- Act as Omnicom Legacy Agency US leadership TTD lead (CEO, CIO, etc.)
- Be TTD internal lead for Legacy Omnicom, single point of contact for key client teams and OpCo CEO, CIO, client presidents
- Accelerate engagement for key account teams with key Agency leadership
- Optimize Legacy Agency client activity and ensure teams follow and lead QBR preparation
- Share knowledge broadly across all regions when applicable
- Lead Agency Commercial Programs (JPBs) for legacy Omnicom
- Own Upfront partner relationships to develop regular cadence for knowledge sharing and opportunity creation
- Shape US Strategy (Live Sports, DOOH, Audio) for legacy Omnicom and equip teams to activate
- Coordinate efforts with US Omnicom VP and specific teams who touch Omnicom agencies
- Ideate new concepts and commercials to drive incremental growth within legacy Omnicom
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and marketing in a relevant industry
- Experience managing a team of senior level sellers
- Detailed understanding of the agency business
- Strong ability to build successful business through complex collaboration (internal, agency and client)
- Existing relationships with decision makers at major agencies and advertisers
- Experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships
- Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability, able to lead commercial negotiations
- Strong communication skills with an ability to speak with C-level clients
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
