The Vice President, Growth Activation will lead growth marketing strategy to generate pipeline, drive account growth, enable Sales, and measure marketing impact on revenue. Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, executing integrated marketing programs (ABM, demand generation, customer marketing), sales enablement, customer intelligence, marketing performance measurement, and team leadership. Requires 10-15 years marketing experience with 5+ years leading growth marketing or go-to-market teams in high-growth B2B organizations, preferably in adtech, martech, SaaS, digital media, or AI-powered companies. Must have strong analytical skills, experience with CRM, marketing automation, AI tools, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. Compensation ranges from $220,000 to $290,000 plus bonus and equity. Location: New York, United States.

Requirements
10–15 years of marketing experience, including 5+ years leading growth marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market teams within high-growth B2B organizations
Proven leadership experience within adtech, martech, SaaS, digital media, search, commerce media, performance advertising, or AI-powered technology companies
Demonstrated success developing and executing growth marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and maximize marketing ROI through demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), customer marketing, and sales enablement
Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Business Development, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership to execute integrated growth strategies
Strong analytical mindset with experience using attribution models, CRM platforms, marketing automation, AI-powered tools, and performance analytics to inform strategy, measure marketing impact, and optimize investment decisions
Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and leading high-performing organizations, agency partners, budgets, and strategic initiatives
