Full job description
Vice President of Advertiser Sales responsible for driving new business revenue growth, building and scaling a high-performing enterprise sales organization, developing sales leaders, and managing executive relationships across Fortune 500 advertisers. Requires 15+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in AdTech, digital media, search, commerce media, retail media, programmatic, or performance advertising. Must have strong business acumen, experience with forecasting, sales productivity, pipeline health, incentive compensation, territory planning, and revenue operations. Compensation range is $240,000 - $270,000 plus commission and equity. Location: New York, United States.

- Drive new business revenue growth and consistently exceed aggressive revenue targets
- Build, hire, coach, and develop a world-class enterprise sales organization
- Create repeatable sales playbooks, operating rhythms, forecasting processes, and performance management systems
