Full job description

Raptive is hiring a VP of Enterprise Account Management to lead strategic growth and revenue outcomes with complex publisher organizations. The role reports to the Chief Business Officer and focuses on refining operating models, deepening publisher relationships, driving revenue expansion, and managing net revenue retention. Requires 12-15+ years in digital media or ad tech, 7+ years leading client service teams, and expertise in programmatic ecosystems, ad serving platforms (e.g., GAM), and yield optimization. Responsibilities include account strategy, performance tracking, automation and AI workflow improvements, team leadership, and partnership with senior media stakeholders. Salary range $165,000-$190,000 plus incentives. Location: New York, NY.

What you'll do

  • Refine and evolve the operating model that supports complex, large-scale publisher relationships
  • Develop a deep understanding of each publisher’s business, priorities, and monetization strategy
  • Enhance visibility into performance, risk, and growth opportunities
  • Maintain a strong forward view of account performance and growth potential
  • Expand revenue within existing accounts through structured, insight-led opportunities
  • Serve as a partner to senior stakeholders at leading media companies
  • Own net revenue retention across the enterprise portfolio
  • Provide guidance on yield optimization, programmatic and direct strategy, and revenue performance
  • Accelerate adoption of new monetization capabilities, audience growth insights and UX enhancements across the portfolio
  • Strengthen account segmentation, planning frameworks, and engagement strategies
  • Accelerate operating cadence and enhance reporting and performance tracking
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows leveraging automation and AI
  • Elevate the team through coaching, hiring, and clear expectations
  • Foster a culture of high performance, responsiveness, and precision

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in digital media, advertising technology, or publisher monetization
  • 7+ years of experience leading high-performing client service teams
  • Deep expertise in programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, header bidding)
  • Deep expertise in ad serving platforms (e.g., GAM)
  • Deep expertise in yield optimization and revenue strategy
  • Proven track record owning net revenue retention and expansion within large, complex accounts
  • Experience leading enterprise relationships with top-tier publishers or Fortune 500 organizations
  • Strong operational instincts with the ability to implement structure and drive accountability
  • Proficiency translating performance data into clear, actionable revenue strategies
