Full job description

TripleLift is hiring an Associate Campaign Manager to support demand-side operational needs for digital advertising campaigns. The role involves campaign setup, pacing, optimization, reporting, and troubleshooting with a focus on programmatic advertising. Candidates should have 1-2 years of digital ad ops or trafficking experience, proficiency in Excel and MS Office, and the ability to work EST hours. A bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or related field is preferred. Responsibilities include supporting partner management, collaborating with campaign managers, translating IOs into campaigns, managing pacing, optimizing campaigns, generating deals, reporting, assisting in creative QA, and improving processes. The position offers hybrid work flexibility and is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

What you'll do

  • Support Partner Management and clients’ operational needs pre and post launch
  • Collaborate with Campaign Manager to support book-of-business
  • Translate IO into campaign setup and launch
  • Manage pacing for campaigns to ensure full delivery
  • Optimize campaigns during flight to meet or exceed client KPIs
  • Generate deals for programmatic clients based on DSP/client KPIs
  • Pull and provide campaign reporting and generate actionable insights
  • Assist in creative QA process and approvals
  • Support process improvement projects to increase efficiencies
  • Become an expert on TripleLift tools and best practices

Requirements

  • Previous experience trafficking digital campaigns, preferably programmatic campaigns
  • Experience with problem ticketing, issue management, and issue escalation
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and chart-making
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues on various platforms and tools
  • Effective time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively
  • Commitment to continued learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven academic and/or professional achievement
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or related discipline preferred
  • 1-2 years of digital ad ops or trafficking experience
  • Flexibility to work EST hours
