The Vice President Customer Growth, CRM will lead Zeta’s strategy to protect, grow and expand its existing UK enterprise customer base. This senior leadership role combines strategic account management, executive customer relationships, commercial growth, and delivery leadership. The VP will build and lead a team of Key Account Directors responsible for Zeta’s most strategic UK customers, focusing on retention, expansion, and long-term customer value. The role involves working across Sales, Customer Success, Strategy, Solution Consulting, Product, Marketing, Activation, and Delivery to create strategic growth plans for priority customers. Responsibilities include owning retention, NRR, strategic expansion, leading the UK strategic account program, identifying customer risk, building multi-year growth strategies, developing cross-sell and expansion opportunities, increasing revenue and product footprint, and establishing scalable customer-growth models. The VP will build and lead the Key Account Director organization, coach the team, establish standards for customer ownership and growth, and develop talent. Executive leadership duties include building trusted relationships with senior customer executives, leading business reviews and workshops, and acting as an escalation point. The role drives strategic expansion by developing growth hypotheses, translating priorities into value propositions, coordinating complex expansion opportunities, and partnering with enterprise sellers. The VP will create one strategic account model, ensure clear ownership and cross-functional coordination, capture customer intelligence in Salesforce and Gong, and prevent fragmented customer motions. Delivery leadership involves ensuring Key Account Directors understand products and delivery models, partnering with Delivery and Solution Consulting, identifying risks, establishing feedback loops with Product leadership, and grounding commitments in product readiness. Commercial discipline includes consistent account planning, customer health monitoring, pipeline inspection, executive coverage, forecasting, reporting, and building repeatable playbooks. Leadership and culture responsibilities include building a collaborative, accountable, customer-first culture, coaching for commercial capability and executive presence, fostering team collaboration, developing career paths, and establishing high performance standards. The successful candidate will have significant experience leading strategic enterprise customers in SaaS, marketing technology, data, CRM or adjacent technology, a strong track record of growing complex accounts, managing multi-million-pound relationships, strong executive presence, commercial instincts, leadership experience, strategic account planning skills, and a collaborative leadership style.
