Requirements
Significant experience leading agency partnerships, enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership within adtech, martech, SaaS, media, or related industries.
Demonstrated success growing complex strategic partnerships and delivering against revenue targets.
Experience influencing executive stakeholders within large, matrixed organizations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that require alignment across multiple business functions.
Strong commercial acumen combined with operational excellence and strategic thinking.
Comfortable working through ambiguity while creating clarity, momentum, and measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
Preferred: Experience partnering with agency holding companies and leading independent agencies.
Preferred: Experience leading organizational transformation, technology adoption, or change management initiatives.
Preferred: Familiarity with digital advertising, creative technology, media activation, or marketing technology ecosystems.
Preferred: Experience working within a high-growth technology company.
