Full job description

Build frontend interfaces for Dentsu’s agentic AI products using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect implementations. Develop conversational UIs for multi-agent systems and interactive dashboards for data visualization. Use AI-accelerated development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot. Integrate MCP servers connecting Figma, Databricks, and other APIs. Collaborate with BI team to modernize Power BI dashboards into React-based experiences. Maintain shared component library and design system. Implement real-time data streaming and human-in-the-loop interaction patterns. Build onboarding flows, demo environments, and client-facing presentation tools. Work with AI Engineers on API integration, WebSocket connections, and frontend state management. Requires 8–10 years frontend experience, expert React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, deep Figma proficiency, AI coding tools experience, MCP server integration, modern frontend architecture knowledge, data visualization libraries experience, real-time UI patterns, responsive design, accessibility, and fast iterative deployment.

What you'll do

  • Build production React/TypeScript applications with Tailwind CSS for all client-facing agentic AI products
  • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive frontend implementations
  • Develop conversational and interactive UI for multi-agent systems, Genie spaces, and automated workflow tools
  • Ship fast using AI-accelerated development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
  • Build and consume MCP servers to connect Figma, Databricks, and other platform APIs into the development workflow
  • Partner with the BI team to build React/Tailwind-based data visualization components replacing or extending static Power BI dashboards
  • Develop and maintain a shared component library and design system implementation in React/Tailwind
  • Implement real-time data streaming interfaces, agent status displays, and human-in-the-loop interaction patterns
  • Build onboarding flows, demo environments, and client-facing presentation tools showcasing AI product capabilities
  • Collaborate with AI Engineers on API integration, WebSocket connections, and frontend state management for multi-agent orchestration

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of frontend engineering experience with a portfolio of shipped production React applications
  • Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
  • Deep proficiency in Figma - able to inspect designs, export assets, understand auto-layout, and implement with high fidelity
  • Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as primary development accelerators
  • Experience building and consuming MCP servers or similar API integration tooling with Figma and development workflows
  • Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture: component-driven development, state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar), and API integration patterns
  • Experience building data visualization interfaces using D3.js, Recharts, Nivo, or similar React-compatible charting libraries
  • Experience with real-time UI patterns: WebSockets, server-sent events, streaming responses, and optimistic updates
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility fundamentals, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving team that ships iteratively with continuous deployment
