Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with their operational & technical teams
Provide consultative activation support for advertiser and agency partners for all TripleLift formats across all integrated DSPs

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or programmatic trading (SSP, DSP, Exchange, or agency-side)
Previous experience in various DSPs required
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot delivery and technical issues
Strong time management skills, able to meet deadlines and prioritize as needed
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with trafficking, QA, or reporting tools a plus
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong communication and client-facing skills; able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, tracking solutions)
Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn SQL is highly preferred
Highly organized and process-driven with a bias toward execution and accountability
