Full job description

TripleLift is hiring a Campaign Manager to support advertiser partners by managing campaign activation, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing client support. The role requires 2+ years experience in ad operations or programmatic trading, proficiency in Excel and analytics tools, strong communication skills, and familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem. Responsibilities include being the technical contact for accounts, supporting campaign activations across DSPs, monitoring campaigns, resolving issues, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and educating clients on products and tools. What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with operational and technical teams
  • Provide consultative activation support for advertiser and agency partners for all TripleLift formats across all integrated DSPs
  • Monitor live campaigns to ensure successful delivery and proactively flag risks or opportunities for optimization and upsells
  • Own end-to-end troubleshooting of campaign issues including performance, delivery, pacing, and tracking
  • Act as the first line of support for technical, operational, and product-related client questions
  • Partner internally with product and engineering teams to provide client feedback for product roadmap prioritization
  • Be the technical and operational stakeholder for Demand QBRs, presenting and speaking to data, technical, and functionality questions from advertisers
  • Consult and educate clients on TripleLift’s products and external facing tools, including tooling demos, new product updates, and best practices
  • Utilize Excel and advanced analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI to analyze large data sets and create actionable insights

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or programmatic trading (SSP, DSP, Exchange, or agency-side)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot campaign delivery and technical issues
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with trafficking, QA, or reporting tools a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills; able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, tracking solutions)
  • Highly organized and process-driven with a bias toward execution and accountability
