MiQ is seeking a Trading Lead, LATAM to lead the regional Trading team focused on programmatic campaign execution, optimization, and profitability. Responsibilities include leading and developing Traders, managing team priorities, overseeing campaign setup and optimization across DSPs, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and margin goals, acting as escalation for pricing and special packages, monitoring profitability, supporting RFPs and client proposals, partnering with internal and client teams, and driving best practices across LATAM. Requirements include 5+ years in programmatic trading, ad operations, or performance marketing, 2+ years leading teams, hands-on experience with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr), understanding of pacing, bidding, optimization, segmentation, brand safety, pricing models (CPM, CPCV, dCPM), strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets, clear communication skills, and intermediate to advanced English; Portuguese is a plus.
