Full job description

Technical Solutions Engineer role based in Gurugram, India, working 05:30pm to 02:30am IST. Responsibilities include supporting Client Focus teams with Criteo products, optimizing client setups, implementing new features, troubleshooting, and improving processes and tools. Requires engineering or technical background with computer science degree, experience debugging HTML, JavaScript, XML, SQL, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with internal clients. What you'll do

  • Become expert on standard Criteo products to support Client Focus In-market teams
  • Optimize existing client setups
  • Establish trustful relationships with Operations and Commercial Teams
  • Work with Client Focus Teams to understand and execute operational tasks related to client’s business objectives
  • Execute implementation of new features and products
  • Troubleshoot standard product issues and propose solutions
  • Participate in improving and developing new tools and processes
  • Redefine processes to improve Technical Solutions team efficiency
  • Identify bugs, report them, and work with escalation and R&D teams on resolution
  • Proactively review processes, tools, and solutions to improve overall efficiency

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both spoken & written
  • Engineering or technical background with a computer science related degree
  • Experience in reviewing and debugging code in HTML, JavaScript, XML, SQL
  • Experience collaborating with internal clients
  • Ability to prioritize and execute a large number of tasks, and resolve issues quickly
  • Problem-solving and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Team oriented, sharing best practices and open to provide and receive feedback
  • High attention to detail and meticulous to execute tasks for key and complex clients
  • Passion for new media, internet trends, and continuous learning
