Teads seeks a Technical Solutions Engineer in Canada to handle second-tier technical issues escalated from first-tier support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting campaign and integration issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing client technical support, analyzing data, and documenting solutions. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in technical support or solutions roles, preferably in ad tech, with skills in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, HTTP), SQL, scripting (JavaScript or Python), spreadsheets, text editors, Git, and command line. Preferred qualifications include experience with Chrome DevTools, Salesforce, Jira, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, APIs, REST clients, AI tools, and automation platforms. The role is full-time based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a salary range of USD $70,000 to $80,000 annually plus benefits.
What you'll do
- Own second-tier technical cases end to end, keeping them prioritized and within SLA
