Seeking a senior project/program manager with 12+ years experience and expertise in e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, or CommerceTools. Must have strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud and web technologies. Requires expertise in Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and project governance. Knowledge of digital commerce processes including checkout, payments, fulfillment, promotions, and customer journeys is essential. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred. PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus. Experience managing distributed/global teams is preferred.
