Full job description
InMobi Advertising is seeking a mid-level Technical Program Manager for their DSP real-time bidding platform. The role involves end-to-end program management across platform re-architecture, applied science/ML initiatives, and commerce-facing feature launches. Responsibilities include cross-geo coordination across Bangalore, Beijing, and Lucknow, translating strategy into execution, program governance, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and reporting to senior leadership. Candidates should have 3-6 years of technical program management experience in ad-tech or distributed low-latency systems, technical fluency in distributed systems technologies (Scala, gRPC, Kafka, Kubernetes, service mesh), understanding of ML project lifecycle, and experience managing cross-geography teams. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred. The position is full-time and located in Bangalore.
