Technical Lead role to architect and deliver customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP). Responsibilities include designing scalable data and personalization architectures, overseeing data ingestion, identity resolution, audience activation, and real-time decisioning. Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and engineering teams. Required skills: hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and MCP, expertise in data ingestion, identity resolution, profile unification, audience segmentation, real-time personalization, customer journey orchestration, consent management, API integrations (REST, SOAP), SQL, Python or JavaScript, integration with MarTech platforms, knowledge of GDPR and CCPA. Good to have: Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD, DevOps, containerization, client-facing experience. Education: Bachelor's in Engineering (Computer Science, Data, IT) or equivalent. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, MCP Accredited Professional, Marketing Cloud Developer, Certified Administrator, Certified Agent Specialist. Shift timing: 12 PM - 10 PM.
