Full job description

Technical Lead role requiring 6-10 years experience to oversee development of database marketing solutions using Microsoft SQL Server/Azure, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery. Responsibilities include design, development, troubleshooting, upgrading, enhancing, and optimizing technical solutions with continuous integration and deployment. Must communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required skills: Microsoft Azure (Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database), data warehousing, data modeling, ETL, SQL, Spark SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, PySpark, Python/UNIX shell scripting, Kafka/Kinesis, Spark Streaming/Flink, debugging, version control (SVN), project management (JIRA). Experience in technical lead/team management and understanding of Generative AI required. Key duties include designing scalable data engineering solutions, developing ETL/ELT pipelines, maintaining design documentation, troubleshooting production issues, leading code reviews, managing small teams/projects, and ensuring workflow execution with orchestration tools (Tivoli, Tidal, Stonebranch). Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Certifications in Azure and Snowflake preferred. Shift timings: 12 PM to 9 PM and/or 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
