Technical Lead

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable data architecture, including views, fact, and dimension tables
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Build and monitor data quality checks and pipeline health metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Work with cloud platforms, ideally AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda), to deploy and manage data solutions
• Utilize Python for data processing, automation, and integration tasks
• Leverage Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics
• Support GenAI development initiatives in Python or demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn
• Work as an Individual Contributor (IC)
• Understand design/tasks and develop code accordingly
• Perform mid- to complex-level tasks with minimal supervision
• Maintain proper documentation
• Work with minimal guidance from senior resources

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with data modeling and architecture best practices
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
• Good understanding of cloud computing, preferably AWS
• Knowledge of data pipeline monitoring and alerting systems
• Exposure to GenAI development or strong interest in learning
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum basic-level AWS certification
• Snowflake Associate / Core certification
