Full job description

Technical Lead role requiring 6-10 years experience to oversee development of database marketing solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery. Responsibilities include design, development, troubleshooting, upgrading, enhancing, and optimizing database solutions. Must have expertise in Azure Synapse, Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL, Spark SQL, PySpark, Python/UNIX scripting, Kafka/Kinesis streaming, Spark Streaming/Flink frameworks, and version control/project management tools (SVN, JIRA). Strong communication skills and client-facing experience required. Experience in technical leadership and team management essential. Knowledge of Generative AI is a plus. Tasks include designing scalable data engineering solutions, developing ETL/ELT pipelines, maintaining design documentation, troubleshooting production issues, leading code reviews, managing small teams, and ensuring workflow orchestration using Tivoli, Tidal, or Stonebranch. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree. Certifications in Azure and Snowflake preferred. Shift timings: 12 PM to 9 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
