Technical Implementation Specialist responsible for leading end-to-end onboarding strategy for customers, translating requirements into onboarding designs, serving as technical lead on onboarding calls, defining conversion tracking methods, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success for custom solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals, leading onboarding audits, acting as technical escalation point, providing senior support leadership, and driving operational improvements. Requires 5+ years experience in technical implementation or related roles, expertise in digital marketing measurement and attribution, hands-on experience with pixels, webhooks, APIs, batch files, and e-commerce integrations, strong communication skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Salary range $86,000 - $163,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
What you'll do
- Own and lead end-to-end onboarding strategy for customers
- Translate customer requirements into onboarding design documenting conversion tracking strategy, channel measurement approach, attribution windows, required data fields, and delivery timelines
- Serve as technical and strategic lead on onboarding calls
- Define conversion tracking across pixels, webhooks, batch files, APIs, and e-commerce integrations ensuring data quality and identity resolution
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver custom implementation solutions
- Ensure onboarding decisions align with customer’s long-term attribution, reporting, and optimization objectives
- Lead end-of-onboarding audits to validate account configuration and secure customer sign-off
- Act as primary technical escalation point during onboarding and post-launch
- Provide senior-level support leadership for high-impact investigations and customer calls
- Drive operational rigor by improving prioritization, SLA adherence, and customer communication standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, analytics, or marketing technology roles
- Strong expertise in digital marketing measurement including paid media, affiliates, email, offline channels
- Experience with view- vs click-based attribution
- Hands-on experience with multiple data collection methods including web and app pixels, server-side tracking, webhooks, APIs, and batch file ingestion
- Deep understanding of attribution models, identity resolution, and data dependencies for multi-touch attribution
- Ability to translate customer goals into technical designs, implementation plans, and timelines
- Experience as a technical escalation point collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
- Track record of driving process improvements, documentation standards, and operational excellence
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple high-priority workstreams
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field or equivalent experience
