Technical Content Specialist role in global Product Knowledge team. Responsibilities include writing and updating product documentation, content migration, formatting, troubleshooting Help Center UI/UX with HTML/CSS, leveraging AI tools for content creation and automation, researching new features, collaborating with stakeholders, and improving content lifecycle processes. Requires 2-4 years experience in technical writing or content operations in B2B SaaS, hands-on HTML/CSS skills, AI tool experience, strong attention to detail, self-management, native-level English, and adaptability.

What you'll do

  • Execute large-scale content migrations ensuring formatting, links, and structure remain intact
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Help Center UI/UX issues using HTML and CSS
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to scale content creation and automate DocOps tasks
  • Research new features, collaborate with stakeholders, and update documentation
  • Identify bottlenecks in content lifecycle and suggest technical solutions to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, video creation, content operations, or knowledge base management in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS
  • Proven experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, format content, or generate scripts
  • Resilience and attention to detail during system migrations
  • Self-starter mentality with good time management skills
  • Native-level written and spoken English
  • Adaptable, resourceful, quick learner, clear communicator, positive and problem-solving attitude
