Full job description
Technical Content Specialist role in global Product Knowledge team. Responsibilities include writing and updating product documentation, content migration and formatting, troubleshooting Help Center UI/UX issues using HTML/CSS, leveraging Generative AI for content creation and automation, researching new features, and improving content workflows. Requires 2-4 years experience in technical writing or content operations in B2B SaaS, proficiency in HTML/CSS, experience with AI tools, strong attention to detail, self-management skills, and excellent English communication. Familiarity with tools like G-suite, Zendesk, Asana, and content marketing/AdTech knowledge is a plus.

- Execute large-scale content migrations ensuring formatting, links, and structure remain intact
- Troubleshoot and resolve Help Center UI/UX issues using HTML and CSS
- Leverage Generative AI tools to scale content creation and automate DocOps tasks
