Full job description
Technical Account Manager Intern role in Publisher Success team at Refinery89, based in Madrid, Spain (on-site). No prior AdTech experience required; training provided. Responsibilities include monitoring BENELUX publisher accounts, running health checks using browser tools, reading key metrics (fill rate, CPM, RPM), escalating issues, communicating clearly with publishers in Dutch and English, and learning programmatic stack components (Prebid, Google Ad Manager, SSPs). Requirements: fluent Dutch and English, eagerness to learn, honesty, clear communication, computer/web comfort, basic numeracy, and reliability. Suitable for recent graduates or early-career candidates from media, marketing, communications, business, or technical fields, including career changers with technical hobbies.
What you'll do
- Run basic health checks on BENELUX publishers' sites using browser tools
- Monitor a small set of assigned accounts and flag anomalies
