Technical Account Manager Intern role at Refinery89 in Madrid, Spain (on-site). Join the Publisher Success team to learn account monitoring, technical issue investigation, and communication with publishers. No prior AdTech experience required; training provided. Responsibilities include running health checks on publisher websites, monitoring accounts, reading key metrics (fill rate, CPM, RPM), escalating issues, writing clear handoffs, and growing technical knowledge of AdTech tools such as Prebid, Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and browser developer tools. Requirements include fluent English, eagerness to learn, technical curiosity, problem solving skills, clear communication, comfort with web technologies, basic numeracy, and reliability. Preferred candidates have recent technical education or experience with web technologies and troubleshooting. The interview process includes screening, interview, and a technical test.
