Full job description
Technical Account Manager Intern role at Refinery89 in Madrid, Spain. Full-time onsite internship in the Publisher Success team. No prior AdTech experience required; training provided. Responsibilities include monitoring publisher accounts, running health checks on websites, investigating technical issues, reading key metrics (fill rate, CPM, RPM), escalating issues, communicating clearly with publishers, and learning AdTech tools such as Prebid, Google Ad Manager, SSPs, and browser developer tools. Requirements include fluent English, eagerness to learn, technical curiosity, problem solving skills, clear communication, basic numeracy, and comfort with web technologies. Preferred background includes recent graduates or early career candidates in technical fields with exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases, and experience with technical projects or troubleshooting. The interview process includes a recruiter screening, hiring manager interview, and a technical test.
