Full job description

Team Lead Account Strategy for France managing a team of 5 account strategists to grow business with existing advertisers and media agencies. Focus on FMCG and Consumer Electronics brands. Responsibilities include leading the team, managing top advertiser relationships, improving processes, handling escalations, supporting team development, reporting to senior management, managing pipeline and budgets, collaborating internally, and leading initiatives. Requirements: 5+ years management experience in Account Strategy, proven brand work experience ideally in Retail Media, cross-functional team collaboration experience, fluent French. What you'll do

  • Lead a team of 5 Account Strategists by example and deliver consistent achievement against targets
  • Onboard new intern
  • Manage relationships with top advertisers and develop strong customer relationships
  • Identify and suggest new processes to enhance Criteo’s service
  • Encourage customer feedback to strengthen products and services
  • Act as point of contact for escalation issues
  • Identify team members’ strengths and areas for development and support their growth
  • Conduct weekly 121 meetings and team meetings
  • Report to senior management on performance, market conditions, and team development
  • Manage prospect pipeline, budget planning, forecasting, and financial coordination
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure excellent client service and team alignment
  • Participate in or lead internal initiatives to drive business success

Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience in Account Strategy
  • Proven track record working with brands, ideally in Retail Media
  • Experience managing or collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent French
