Full job description

Moloco seeks a Supply Growth Manager to lead supply-side partnerships in Vietnam. Responsibilities include managing and expanding relationships with SDK publishers and SSPs/Exchanges, driving business growth, securing new integrations, and collaborating with the SEA Regional Manager on demand and supply strategies. The role requires 5+ years in Account Management or Publisher/Developer Relations, preferably in mobile mediation platforms or programmatic advertising, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in Vietnamese and English. The position is full-time, based in Singapore.

What you'll do

  • Manage and expand Moloco’s relationships with SDK publishers in Vietnam
  • Identify and close new supply partnerships with top apps and platforms in the region
  • Collaborate closely with the SEA Regional Manager to align demand and supply strategies that support client growth
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with product, GTM, and ops teams to ensure the success of the partnerships
  • Surface local market insights and partner feedback to influence Moloco’s supply products and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 5 years and above of Account Management or Publisher/Developer Relations experience, ideally in mobile mediation platforms or programmatic advertising
  • Proven negotiation skills and experience closing commercial deals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and drive partner decisions using data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both Vietnamese and English
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
