Full job description

Supply Growth Manager role responsible for growing Appnext’s global supply inventory by managing relationships with mobile publishers and developers. Ensure partners maximize ad revenue while maintaining high-quality user experience. Act as liaison between monetization technology and external partners using "Timeline" technology to predict user behavior and deliver relevant content. Key responsibilities include publisher development, monetization strategy advising, performance optimization, account management, inventory quality monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and R&D teams. Requires 2-4 years experience in AdTech, SSP management, publisher development or monetization, strong knowledge of mobile in-app advertising ecosystems including programmatic demand and RTB, technical aptitude with API/SDK, analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL knowledge, and excellent negotiation and proactive skills. Located in Gurugram, Bangalore, or Mumbai, India.

What you'll do

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with new mobile app developers and publishers to expand Appnext’s supply inventory
  • Advise partners on best practices for ad placement (e.g., Appnext Widget, Interstitials, Rewarded Video) to maximize RPMs without damaging user experience
  • Analyze daily performance metrics (CTR, IPM, ARPU) to identify opportunities for yield optimization
  • Adjust floor prices and traffic shaping settings accordingly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned supply partners, ensuring smooth technical integration (SDK/API) and providing regular business reviews
  • Monitor traffic quality to ensure compliance with Appnext’s policies and brand safety standards, preventing invalid traffic and maintaining high fill rates
  • Work closely with the Product and R&D teams to provide feedback on the Appnext Manager dashboard, helping to streamline tools for programmatic direct sales

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in AdTech, specifically in Supply-Side Platform (SSP) management, Publisher Development, or Monetization
  • Deep understanding of mobile in-app advertising ecosystems, including programmatic demand, waterfall, and real-time bidding (RTB)
  • Ability to understand basic API integrations and SDK reporting
  • Familiarity with CPI (Cost Per Install) campaigns and direct inventory management
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data analysis tools (SQL knowledge is a plus)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up like environment within a larger public group
