Role: Strategic Partner Development Manager. Responsibilities include leading business development, managing partnerships, negotiating agreements, and working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales teams to support Google's online advertising business. Requires strong strategic business development skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and experience working with C-level executives. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7 years in business development or related fields (5 years with advanced degree), experience in relevant industries, and managing partnerships. Preferred qualifications include experience in partner management in adtech, cross-functional collaboration, and negotiation skills. Salary range: $140,000 - $203,000 plus 15% bonus, equity, and benefits. Locations include Mountain View, CA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; and Los Angeles, CA.
