Full job description
Moloco is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-team initiatives and align engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholders on priorities, schedules, risks, and progress. The role involves managing roadmaps, security, privacy, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives, and improving organizational efficiency. Candidates should have 5+ years of technical program or engineering management experience, 7+ years working with software, cloud, or data engineering teams, and a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Experience with agile methodologies, SDLC, and building scalable processes is required. Preferred experience includes ecommerce and ad tech. The position is full-time based in Seattle, Washington.
