Moloco is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to align engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholders on priorities, schedules, risks, and progress. The role involves driving cross-team initiatives from conception to completion, managing roadmaps, schedules, risks, and issues, and owning security, privacy, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives. The candidate will establish scalable and efficient processes, improve organizational efficiency, and help grow the TPM function. Requirements include 5+ years of technical program or engineering management experience, 7+ years working with software, cloud, or data engineering teams, experience with agile methodologies and SDLC, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
