The AI Applications team builds AI-powered products and tools to improve internal company efficiency, internal-to-customer experience, and end customer experience. The role requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, deep expertise in architecting LLM-powered applications at production scale, experience with agent frameworks and multi-step reasoning systems, strong systems design skills, and the ability to influence technical direction. Responsibilities include owning products end-to-end from problem identification through launch and ongoing operations.
