Moloco is seeking a senior software engineer to join the Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) Ad Serving team. The role involves designing, developing, and operating a scalable, reliable, and secure enterprise platform for ad serving. Responsibilities include building and maintaining APIs, providing technical leadership, engaging with customers to translate needs into engineering solutions, contributing to platform strategy and architecture, and prototyping next-generation features including generative AI. Candidates should have 7+ years of software development experience in languages such as Java, C++, Go, or Python, 2+ years of leadership experience managing small engineering teams, experience with large-scale distributed systems, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, etc.), and building digital advertising or e-commerce platforms. Strong communication skills and willingness to travel up to 15% are required. The position is full-time, on-site in Menlo Park, California.
