Full job description

Seeking an experienced Product Manager for Unity Ads Product team focused on publisher-facing products to protect and grow the ads network. Responsibilities include leading ad quality product strategy, driving privacy initiatives, supporting trust and safety, collaborating with programmatic teams, and evaluating new ad formats and supply channels. Requires experience in AdTech product management, knowledge of privacy, ad quality, creative moderation, ad policies, and sell-side ads ecosystem. Strong leadership, analytical, and technical skills needed. Preferred skills include SQL, programmatic advertising, exchange technology, and familiarity with global privacy regulations. Position is full-time, senior level, located in Mountain View, CA. Salary range $157,800 to $236,800 USD. No relocation or visa sponsorship provided.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with product leadership to craft and articulate long-term vision and strategy for ad quality, privacy, and trust & safety
  • Own and shape the product roadmap to deliver business impact and customer value
  • Own the strategy for ad quality product including creative moderation, ad policy enforcement, and fraud prevention
  • Lead efforts to make ad quality more accessible and scalable for all publishers
  • Drive a proactive privacy strategy beyond compliance to find growth opportunities
  • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to influence strategic direction and roadmap prioritization
  • Collaborate with Data Platform team to improve models, reporting, and workflows
  • Work closely with product and engineering leadership to identify growth opportunities and gain buy-in
  • Continuously assess ad network health and performance, identify risks and opportunities

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a product manager in AdTech
  • Experience in privacy/identity, ad quality, creative moderation, or ad policies
  • Understanding of the sell-side (publisher) ads ecosystem; buy-side/advertiser experience is a strong plus
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills with exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and technical knowledge
  • Passion for solving complex technical issues
  • Curiosity and initiative around leveraging AI in product development workflows
  • Knowledge and hands-on SQL experience (preferred)
  • Experience with programmatic advertising, exchange technology, or supply-side platforms (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the evolving global privacy and data regulation landscape (preferred)
  • Demand expertise and how data production can influence value to advertisers (preferred)
