Full job description

Moloco seeks a Staff Product Designer for its Commerce Media platform. The role involves defining and delivering the design vision for retail advertising products, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and leading design on complex B2B workflows. Candidates must have 8+ years of product design experience, strong skills in interaction and visual design, prototyping, and AI integration in design. Responsibilities include end-to-end design ownership, raising design standards, and mentoring other designers. What you'll do

  • Develop and deliver the experience vision for a strategic product area
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leads for product and feature launches
  • Own end-to-end design on complex, ambiguous initiatives across analytical, data-heavy surfaces
  • Use prototyping to bring interactions, data visualizations, and workflows to life early
  • Set and raise design quality bar across the product
  • Lead definition and adoption of new design patterns and components
  • Mentor and coach designers regularly

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional product design experience
  • Track record of delivering impactful product and feature launches in complex B2B experiences at scale
  • Ability to lead design end-to-end for an entire product area from vision to execution
  • Strong craft in interaction and visual design
  • Experience framing ambiguous, multi-sided problems and using research, data, and experimentation to refine solutions
  • Use AI as a core part of daily design practice
  • Strong prototyping skills
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • Passion for mentoring and developing other designers
  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback and ownership of outcomes
