InMobi Advertising is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Manager to build and lead the ML function for Accelerate. The role involves owning the entire ML stack, from roadmap definition to team hiring and production model deployment. Responsibilities include building cross-channel budget allocation engines, bid optimization and pacing models, multi-touch attribution models, performance forecasting, audience intelligence, and creative performance prediction. Candidates must have 8+ years in ML/Data Science with at least 1 year in a tech lead or management role, strong ML expertise in optimization algorithms or related areas, hands-on leadership skills, production ML experience, and preferably ads/MarTech domain knowledge.
