InMobi is hiring a Staff Machine Learning Manager to build and lead the ML function for the Accelerate platform. The role involves owning the entire ML stack, from defining the roadmap to hiring and shipping models into production. Responsibilities include building optimization models for cross-channel budget allocation, bid optimization, multi-touch attribution, performance forecasting, audience segmentation, and creative performance prediction. Candidates must have 8+ years in ML/Data Science with at least 1 year in a tech lead or management role, strong ML expertise in areas such as optimization algorithms, recommender systems, time-series forecasting, causal inference, reinforcement learning, or auction/marketplace ML. Hands-on experience in architecting ML systems, production ML deployment, and ads/MarTech domain knowledge is preferred. The position is full-time, on-site in Bangalore, India.
