InMobi Advertising is seeking a senior data platform engineer with 7-10 years of experience in distributed systems and data engineering. The role involves ensuring the availability, stability, observability, and scalability of the data platform, leading design and delivery of platform features, implementing performance engineering best practices, and driving cost efficiency. Candidates must be proficient in Java, Spark, Python, Shell, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, observability tools, and Linux systems. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), modern orchestration tools, data formats (Parquet, Delta, Iceberg), and compute engines (Databricks, Clickhouse, Trino) is required. Responsibilities include production issue resolution, root cause analysis, platform governance, writing modular and maintainable code, building CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring engineers.
