Responsibilities include full lifecycle software development, technical specification, coding, testing, maintenance, support, innovation, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates must have extensive experience in C/C++/Golang, database design, network programming, large system software design, and preferably distributed and mission-critical systems. Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, teamwork, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure are required. Advertising industry experience is a plus. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and occasional extended hours for production support. Bachelor's degree preferred with 7-10 years relevant experience.
