Full job description

Senior SEO Content Strategist role to lead organic growth strategies for consumer brands. Responsibilities include developing SEO-driven content strategies, content roadmaps, keyword frameworks, and optimization strategies. Identify growth opportunities through data and competitive analysis. Collaborate with strategy, analytics, content, and client teams to align SEO initiatives with business goals. Monitor organic performance and provide actionable recommendations. Establish content quality standards and SEO best practices. Guide stakeholder discussions and support business development with SEO expertise. Requires 3+ years experience in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth roles, preferably with exposure to regulated content categories like FMCG, health, nutrition, or healthcare. Strong skills in keyword research, search intent mapping, content architecture, on-page and technical SEO, performance measurement, data analytics, and stakeholder management are essential.

What you'll do

  • Lead SEO-driven content strategies across multiple brands, translating business objectives and consumer search behavior into scalable organic growth plans
  • Develop content roadmaps, keyword frameworks, topic clusters, and optimization strategies that strengthen search visibility and content performance
  • Identify growth opportunities through search insights, competitive analysis, content audits, and performance data
  • Partner with strategy, analytics, content, and client teams to ensure SEO initiatives align with broader marketing and business goals
  • Monitor and evaluate organic performance, translating data into actionable recommendations that improve traffic, engagement, and conversion outcomes
  • Establish content quality standards and SEO best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and long-term performance across content programs
  • Guide stakeholder discussions and provide strategic recommendations that help clients understand opportunities, priorities, and performance drivers
  • Support strategic initiatives, business development efforts, and key client engagements by contributing SEO and content expertise

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in SEO, content strategy, content marketing, or organic growth roles
  • Exposure to FMCG, health, nutrition, healthcare, or other regulated content categories is a strong advantage
  • Proven track record developing SEO content strategies that drive measurable organic growth and business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent mapping, content architecture, on-page optimization, technical SEO fundamentals, and performance measurement
  • Experience managing enterprise-level, multi-brand, or high-volume content programs is highly valued
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to identify opportunities, diagnose performance issues, and inform strategic decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain SEO concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with executional rigor in a fast-paced client environment
