Full job description

Responsible for product management of FreeWheel Streaming Hub Direct Sales Management team focusing on programmatic ad decisioning and optimization capabilities. Own product area within Direct Sales Management and partner with Data Science to implement ML and AI models in FreeWheel's SSP platform. Coordinate with other PMs and engineering teams to deliver key features supporting programmatic strategy across Programmatic Module, FW SSP, and Marketplace Platform. Manage roadmap, strategy, and objectives. Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and ensure timely project delivery. Partner with go-to-market teams for product releases. Requires 5-7 years relevant experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong project management skills, and ability to work variable schedules. Salary range $147,741.60 - $221,612.40.

What you'll do

  • Plan and maintain roadmap, strategy, and objectives for programmatic ad decisioning and optimization product area
  • Coordinate with other product managers and engineering teams to drive design and delivery
  • Own design and implementation of key capabilities within Direct Sales Management Programmatic Module
  • Partner with go-to-market teams for product releases
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, outline business cases, and prioritize features
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain regular attendance and flexibility to work variable schedules
  • Support team objectives and keep leadership informed
  • Partner with other product teams to deliver on dependencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • 5-7 years relevant work experience
  • Experience in roadmap management
  • Experience with programmatic advertising technologies
  • Ability to coordinate with engineering and go-to-market teams
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary
