Full job description

DoubleVerify seeks a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to optimize and manage the marketing technology stack, build scalable ABM programs, and automate systems to improve pipeline quality and revenue growth. The role involves managing HubSpot workflows, integrations with Salesforce and other systems, maintaining data hygiene and compliance (GDPR, CCPA), supporting email campaigns and website updates, and documenting processes. Requires 5-6 years in Marketing Operations, strong HubSpot and Salesforce skills, experience with marketing data management, project management tools, and excellent communication. Preferred skills include HubSpot certifications, HTML/CSS troubleshooting, B2B and digital media experience, and global collaboration. Salary range $68,000 - $129,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Location: New York City, NY.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain complex HubSpot workflows, automation rules, and lead routing logic
  • Own the integration between HubSpot and other systems to ensure high-quality lead handoff to commercial teams
  • Oversee marketing technology stack configuration, including forms, tracking scripts, and third-party tool integrations
  • Execute technical components of ABM programs, including account-based list management and automated nurture infrastructure
  • Maintain marketing database hygiene through regular cleanup, audience segmentation, and privacy-first compliance monitoring (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Partner with Marketing teams to execute email campaigns and website updates within HubSpot
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new platform capabilities and optimize existing workflows
  • Document operational processes and SOPs for the marketing technology stack
  • Provide technical support for website and event-related operations, including Splash integrations and GA4 tracking

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar technical role
  • Deep hands-on experience in HubSpot; familiarity with Marketo is a plus
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and its integration with Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP)
  • Proficiency in managing marketing data, including UTM governance and lead lifecycle stages
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot technical integration issues and data discrepancies
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process documentation and data integrity
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly translating technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
