Sr. Manager/Associate Director, Data Cloud Applications

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end development of Data Cloud intelligence applications within ZMP
• Define product vision and MVP scope aligned to business objectives and platform adoption goals
• Plan phased releases to enhance client value and user engagement
• Author PRDs, scope functional and non-functional requirements, and manage execution across the product lifecycle
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Front-End Engineering, Backend/Data Engineering, Analytics, Automation, AI, and QA
• Drive integration of AI-native capabilities powered by Athena by Zeta™
• Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery in coordination with scrum and program management
• Act as liaison between cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Support post-launch adoption and usage by partnering with GTM teams and participating in client demonstrations
• Help prioritize application development aligned with the broader roadmap
• Mentor junior team members and foster accountability, quality standards, and execution rigor

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing SaaS products, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments
• Ability to make sound, data-informed decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Strong growth mindset with a track record of identifying gaps, driving improvements, and delivering measurable impact
• Proven ability to operate with agility, effectively re-prioritize, and adapt to evolving business needs and technology trends
• Hands-on experience building and managing technology products across the full development lifecycle
• Solid understanding of data analysis and data visualization principles
• Experience guiding teams on analytical approaches and delivering compelling data-driven storytelling
• Familiarity with AI-enabled product experiences such as automated insight generation and conversational interfaces
• Understanding of responsible AI integration within enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge of the digital marketing and advertising ecosystem
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
